Aged 6 months in new charred American White Oak this Barrel Aged Gin is unique w/ a whiskey character. The texture is luscious at first but shifts gears on the mid-palate to show off flavors of clementines, banana, caramel, & sawdust, coming full circle to the mellow finish.
