A pear liqueur from Maison Brillet, made by combining Williams pear eau-de-vie with Brillet's cognac to produce a golden and fruity liqueur. One of France's great liqueurs, a blend of Brillet Cognac and the essence of Williams pears, personally selected and picked at their peak ripeness, macerated, then blended with fine Brillet Cognac.
