Bringing some barrel into the equation, Cambio Reposado is aged in a combination of French oak Chardonnay, White Bordeaux and White Burgundy casks. Let's see if it can keep up the steam. Moderate mouthfeel, nice balance of oak, pepper, ginger, more citrus and some fresh rye bread. Really lovely.
