This Pineau has a clear golden yellow color with an intense nose of quince, candied fruit, citrus notes and nuts. The palate shows a good acidity which balances the sugars and aromas that evoke childhood memories: apple pie from the oven, quince paste. Try it chilled as an aperitif or with a chocolate cake.
