The sophomore Psi is bestowed with an elegant bouquet with fresh raspberry, wild strawberry and crushed rose petals wafting gently from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins on the entry. It is well balanced with slightly gourmand, red fruit laced with tobacco and a subtle saline tincture towards the finish.
