A nose of rum raisin ice cream, burnt cinnamon, and bread pudding leads to a piquant palate of fresh green curry and Makrut lime leaf with a long finish of clove and cinnamon

Starting with a base of El Dorado’s Special Reserve 15 Year Rum, this special, limited-edition release is double matured for an additional 3 years in French oak casks previously seasoned with VS Cognac, resulting in a compelling mixture of baking spice and sharp, green herbs and citrus.
