Elenita Sparkling Mezcal Passionfruit Paloma is a mezcal canned cocktail made with 100% Maguey Espadin from Oaxaca, Mexico. After the agave plants grow for 7 years, they are roasted in an underground pit for 5 days, mashed with a grindstone, naturally fermented, and then twice distilled into artisanal Mezcal. Next, natural flavors and juices along with light carbonation is added to create a ready-to-drink mezcal cocktail.
