Crafted at a premium organic distillery in Jalisco (NOM 1480), Pātsch Reposado is made from 100 % sustainably grown Blue Weber agave. After stone-oven cooking and double distillation, it matures for six months in American whiskey barrels, offering a balance of barrel warmth and agave character.
