This is composed of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged between 40 and 100 years and is presented in a Baccarat crystal decanter. We estimate this was bottled in the 1980s to 1990s. Remy Martin use the traditional double distillation technique which involves a subtle contact between liquid and copper.
