The volume market around the fairs in Andalucia demand clear, almost transparent, light wines. A wine like this En Rama bottling would be rejected there. It has a nice golden color, with herbaceous notes of green apples, yeast and bakery. The palate is sharp, light, with green almond and olive flavors, and a tasty finish. This is much better than the regular Deliciosa. Sold in half bottles and at a price that is a steal.
